What Do We Do?
At WeLive, we manage the full property lifecycle with a focus on Accommodation for Shared Living.
- Lifecycle Services: Deal sourcing → planning applications → architectural design → development → long-term management.
- Planning & Partnerships: Applying for approvals, navigating regulations, and working with the London Boroughs, the NHS, and Registered Care Providers to meet housing needs.
- Conversions & Planning: Specializing in complex property conversions, turning traditional 3-4 bedroom houses into 8–11 bedroom HMOs and co-living spaces.
- In-House Services: Providing maintenance and auxiliary support. Each ensuite room is delivered to a high standard, featuring Grohe showers and fixtures.
Meet the Man Behind WeLive
WeLive is guided by Managing Director Rahul Laxman, whose career spans wealth management, IP law, and property development in the UK.
At WeLive, Rahul leads the delivery of high-quality co-living housing in London, overseeing a £15M+ Build to Rent portfolio. His work includes projects developed in collaboration with London Boroughs, the NHS, and Registered Care Providers, ensuring homes are designed and managed to meet community needs.
Earlier in his career, Rahul managed 100+ residential properties across London, gaining first-hand experience in property management, investment planning, and complex housing conversions.
This foundation set the stage for WeLive’s approach, which is to add value to both residents and stakeholders.

I used their services for 3D architectural renders of my property renovation in North London, and the results were stunning. The level of detail and realism in the visuals was top-notch. Communication was clear throughout and the daily updates really helped. Highly recommend!
