This project is the conversion of a 7-bedroom semi-detached house into a 13-ensuite bedroom HMO.
The property was developed through a combination of approved extensions, loft works, and internal modernisation. Planning permission was granted to expand the existing 7-room HMO to a 10-bed HMO, and subsequent building control works enabled further upgrades, including dormer extensions, a hip-to-gable loft extension, and installation of modern heating and hot water systems. The result is a 13-ensuite HMO meeting co-living standards.
