This project involved the redevelopment and reconfiguration of Whitegothic House on Underhill Road, Southwark, from six self-contained flats into an 18-bedroom co-living building.

The site, originally approved at appeal for use as six flats, underwent a series of planning applications and condition approvals related to landscaping, cycle storage, refuse storage, and building finishes. Further approvals were secured for replacement windows, doors, porch, and roof details. These works supported the property’s conversion into a modern co-living building, providing 18 bedrooms for shared accommodation.
